Who Can Join CASAM?
CASAM welcomes scholars, students, the interested public, and institutions who share an interest in the economic, social, and environmental history of the ancient and medieval Mediterranean world. Membership is open to:
Scholars and faculty in history, archaeology, classics, ancient studies, palaeoclimatology, archaeogenetics, and related disciplines.
Graduate and postgraduate students working on relevant topics.
Academic institutions and research centers seeking collaboration.
Private individuals and foundations wishing to join and support CASAM’s mission.

Membership Fee
In order to support the activities and infrastructure of the Center, CASAM asks individual members to contribute an annual membership fee of 30 euros per year. This contribution helps sustain the organization’s events, publications, and ongoing research initiatives. Institutional memberships and sponsorship options are also available upon request.
